License & IP

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service. SwiftLynx name, logo, and software are our property. You retain rights to your uploads.

AI Output & Disclaimers

Outputs are generated by AI and provided “as is” for informational purposes only. They do not constitute hiring, legal, or compliance advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SwiftLynx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
