What email should I use to connect SwiftLynx to Zapier?
Use this guide when the Zapier authorization page asks for an email and sends you a magic link to sign in.
TL;DR (recommended)
Use your work email — e.g. you@company.com — or a shared recruiting inbox such as recruiting@company.com.
The mailbox must be able to receive external mail from login@swiftlynx.ai. Magic links are valid for 15 minutes. Click it on the same device/browser.
How the magic-link authorization works
Enter your email on the Zapier authorization page.
We send a one-click sign-in link from login@swiftlynx.ai.
After you click the link, you’ll be returned to the authorization page and the connection completes automatically.
FAQ
Can I use a personal email (e.g. Gmail)?
Yes. We’ll create/attach a SwiftLynx account to that email. You can always sign in later with the same email to view usage and receipts.
I didn’t receive the email.
Wait 1–2 minutes, then check spam/junk. Search for from:"login@swiftlynx.ai". If you use a strict distribution list, allow external mail.
The link opened but nothing happened.
Keep the Zapier authorization window open. After you click the email link, it will auto-continue within a few seconds. If a tab shows “Finishing sign-in…”, let it finish.
Security & privacy
We use short-lived, signed magic links and a secure session cookie. Zapier stores an access token scoped to your SwiftLynx account; you can revoke access any time by removing the connection in Zapier.
